Individual donations
Donations are "recycled" to build additional homes.
The proceeds from the Habitat ReStore support all the administration costs of Habitat Seaway Valley, including salaries, so 100% of all donations go directly to homes for families in need.
Homeowners purchase their homes from Habitat with no-interest, no-down payment mortgages and their mortgage payments pay for homes for additional families.
All Donations are Valued!
Our supporters range from individuals and family foundations who have sponsored homes to children who have sent envelopes containing $3.

Planned Giving
A planned gift allows you to contribute to Habitat without impacting your current income. Donors who choose to leave a gift to Habitat for Humanity Seaway Valley can be assured it will be a legacy; planned gifts will be secured in our Habitat Seaway Valley fund. The interest from the fund will be used in our building program.
