  • Partner Families are working but earning below the Canada Low Income Level and have children that will benefit from home ownership

  • Families purchase their homes with no-interest, no-down payment mortgages

  • Interest-free, long-term mortgage payments are used to build more houses

  • Habitat Seaway Valley administrative costs are covered by revenues from the Habitat Affiliate.

  • 100% of all profits made from donations to the ReStore go directly to building homes.

  • Donors include individuals, corporations, service groups, churches, and others

  • Supported by thousands of volunteers
